What is the Regional Growth Project?
The Regional Growth Project was established in 2019 by 25eight Pty Ltd in partnership with the State Government of Victoria and Local Councils across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
It has now grown into a national project that supports business leaders and their teams to adopt innovative practices (business strategy, growth, digital, and innovation) to scale their business. The flagship event for this project is the Regional Growth Summit - which provides inspiration to business leaders to change their mindset, alongside providing practical advice to build their confidence to apply their knowledge consistently and constantly.
Our goal is to create a community of like-minded business leaders who come together around common challenges and ambitions to build better business outcomes. The success of the Regional Growth Project will be measured by growing the number of healthy, sustainable and scalable businesses throughout Regional Australia.

This year's Regional Growth Summit (RGS) was all all about online business and expanding digital knowledge, fostering collaboration and encouraging action in your local business community. Our aim was to inspire small changes for maximum impact!
We shared stories of inspiration and change and met our fellow regional and rural business owners in interactive workshops and networking sessions.
This one-day virtual event brought together business leaders from across regional, rural and outer metro communities to share stories of inspiration combined with practical actions that you can implement immediately to help your business grow.

The Victorian Regional Growth Showcase was an online half-day event to build awareness and celebrate the key digital and innovation projects happening across Victoria. The Showcase shared how the Regional Digital Fund is supporting local communities based on four themes - Connectivity, Digital Hubs, Digital Health and Digital Inclusion.
The Showcase provided the opportunity to learn more about the amazing projects happening and make new connections across the Victoria Regional Partnerships and Local Government Authorities.
